ECBH is a Local Management Entity for Bertie, Beaufort, Craven, Gates,
Hertford, Jones, Northampton, Pamlico, and Pitt counties.

We are in the process of identifying agencies who are interested in partnering with us to fill some identified service gaps throughout our 9 county area. We are requiring existing state funded providers of these services to re-apply as well to ensure appropriate capacity and development across new and existing agencies related to these specific services. After receiving a letter of interest from your agency we will schedule with interested providers a questions and answers forum for each specific RFI. We ask that you please hold questions until the meeting is scheduled. If you are interested in remaining a
provider of one of the services indicated or becoming a newly enrolled state funded provider or
seeking funding to start up one of the service areas indicated please send us a letter of interest as
described per each RFI. Please do not combine all RFI responses into one letter as those letters will
not be considered. Each agency must have a separate response to each RFI. All letters of interest
must be submitted by the due date indicated on the RFI for consideration.
