Specific Requirements for Providers and Primary Crisis Services-SESSION 2

This training is intended for ALL Innovations Service Providers. The purpose of this training is to provide detailed information regarding the Specific Requirements for Providers of NC Innovations Waiver Services and the Primary Crisis Services Definition. This training session will review the specific requirements of providers of Innovations waiver services in addition to the various components of the Crisis Services service definition. The Crisis Services definition includes three components; Primary Crisis Response, Crisis Behavioral Consultant and Out of Home. This training will explain and discuss all components with a focus on the Primary Crisis Response as this service is required for providers of In-Home Intensive Supports, In-Home Skill Building, Personal Care and Residential Support services. All providers of Innovations services are strongly recommended to participate in this training event!
