East Carolina Behavioral Health has implemented a new email encryption service.  Service Providers will now be able to access confidential emails by clicking on the link:

For first time users:  Please click on the link above.  A screen will be displayed and it will ask you for an email address and password.  If you have never signed in, you will need to create a new account, by clicking on the link provided.  Once you click on the link you will be asked to enter an email address, password, confirm password, and a security question.  PLEASE ENTER THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING USED FOR EAST CAROLINA BEHAVIORAL HEALTH.

Once all information has been entered, click the Submit Password button.  An email will automatically be sent to the email address you provided.  You will need to open the email that was sent and click on the link provided in that email to activate your account and password. 

Once your account is confirmed you will be able to click on the link above and sign into the secure email with the email address and password you confirmed.  You will then be able to receive and open your secure email.
