Regular business hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our Access Call Center answers calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When you call the ECBH Access to Care Number, a Call Center Agent will assist you with information, make a referral to a provider, help you schedule appointments, or a licensed clinician will help you if you are experiencing a crisis
