Please answer all questions on the application form. A resume will be accepted in addition to your application; however, you must put complete information on the NC Application Form (PD107) and Continuation Page (if needed) for appropriate credit to be given.
Be job-specific in filling in the work experience, i.e., detail duties performed, what type of clients worked with, referrals made, goal-setting, testing, etc. Please give complete dates of work experience, whether full-time or part-time, number of hours worked per week if part-time. Education section should be completed with degree/major noted, number of semester/quarter hours. You may attach additional sheets if necessary for work experience. Please forward transcript to Human Resources verifying degree completion. You may be contacted for further information in order to evaluate your education and experience.
Complete the application legibly, sign, date, and submit to the Human Resources Office in Ahoskie. You must submit a completed application for each individual position applied for with the appropriate title, position number and posting number. Applications that are received without the above information will be considered incomplete and will not be considered. Applications must be in the Ahoskie HR Department by 5 PM closing date to be considered
References, education, and work experience will be verified. Criminal records and driving records will be checked as appropriate.
