ECBH Disaster Plan

ECBH Disaster Plan is in accordance with the North Carolina Disaster Plan and provides guidance about when to implement disaster procedures. The plan provides procedures for the management of staff in ECBH facilities during a disaster to insure their safety and restore agency function. The ECBH Disaster Plan provides guidance for determining the appropriate level of response for communities in need of behavioral health support.
